Performance Music Videos

This video displays a performance throughout and uses objects such as tracks in order to show the making of a stereotypical music video but in more of an abstract way. All the members of the band are present and performing throughout the entire music video which allows the audience to have a visual of the entire band. In various parts of the music video it becomes a close up of each member of the band and them playing their instrument. All the footage is shot down one street which is quite a low budget location therefore, it would suggest that not much money went into this music video and not many shots had to be taken as its simply just lip syncing the song and being moved backwards and forwards on the tracks. This type of music video is common within the indie and rock genre but however, to pull off the video the band would have to be relatively established to pull off the video otherwise, it may look terrible.
